Welcome to Salt & Light Christian Fellowship at Brown/RISD!

Salt and Light Christian Fellowship exists to reach Brown and RISD students with the gospel of Jesus Christ and equip them to serve their local churches after they graduate. We uphold the Bible as the Word of God and believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to transform lives. Students from all different backgrounds are welcome here, including those who are already followers of Jesus and those who just want to learn more. We are officially affiliated with Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) and have an ordained pastor on staff.

LARGE GROUP GATHERING

On Friday nights, we gather to worship, hear a message, and fellowship in small groups together. This is a great avenue for new students to come see what we're about in a safe and welcoming environment.
COMMUNITY GROUPS

Community Groups (or Bible Studies) provide a more intimate context for growing together through shared exploration of Scripture. Most of our CGs are student led and each covers a different topic or book of the Bible each semester.
RETREATS​
We have a fall and spring conference where we get to travel to a conference center for one weekend each semester to hear from a speaker, worship, and fellowship together. We also go to RUF Summer Conference at the end of May!
SERVANTS TEAM

Servants Team is an opportunity for members of Salt & Light to serve and be more involved with carrying out our vision on campus! These meetings are open to anyone, and they are a great way to impact the future of Salt & Light.
